I'm a 5 inch round cake. Cake base is made with whole wheat flour, apples, honey, cinnamon and baking powder. Icing is made with cream cheese (a lactose free option is available at checkout), tapioca starch and honey.
Colours are made using natural ingredients: these are beetroot powder, spirulina blue and tumeric.
Bones and numbers are made using whole wheat flour, peanut butter, water and cinnamon.
A satin ribbon in the same colour as the icing is wrapped around the cake with a delicate bow tied at the front for a simple, elegant finish.
Cakes should be refrigerated and should be consumed within 5 days.
