At Jake’s Barkery, we want you and your furry friends to be thrilled with your purchase! Since our cakes are custom-made and perishable, they cannot be returned. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at jakesbarkerydogtreats@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right, but please note that we do not offer refunds.
Delivery Information
We currently offer delivery to select suburbs with a minimum order requirement. Our delivery areas are based on postcode, and we are actively working on expanding our coverage to include more suburbs. We appreciate your patience as we grow.If your postcode is not currently within our delivery zones and you're unable to pick up from our Kareela location, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do our best to assist wherever possible.
All orders are prepared fresh and packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely for your pup.
Delivery Minimums
Zone 1 – Local delivery ($40 min)
Kareela and surrounding suburbs including Como, Bonnet Bay, Jannali, Oyster Bay and nearby areas.
Zone 2 – Surrounding areas ($50 min)
Lilli Pilli, Caringbah and nearby suburbs, plus select Georges River areas including Peakhurst, Carlton and Oatley.
Zone 3 – Extended delivery ($70 min)
Kurnell, Bundeena, Heathcote, Bangor and nearby suburbs, plus select Canterbury–Bankstown areas including Kingsgrove and Riverwood.
Zone 4 – Further extended delivery ($90 min)
Select Liverpool areas and further Canterbury–Bankstown suburbs including Chullora.
