At Jake’s Barkery, we want you and your furry friends to be thrilled with your purchase! Since our cakes are custom-made and perishable, they cannot be returned. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at jakesbarkerydogtreats@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right, but please note that we do not offer refunds.
We currently offer delivery to select suburbs with a minimum order requirement. Our delivery areas are based on postcode, and we are actively working on expanding our coverage to include more suburbs. We appreciate your patience as we grow.

If your postcode is not currently within our delivery zones and you're unable to pick up from our Kareela location, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do our best to assist wherever possible.
These treats are freshly baked to order and gently dehydrated to extend their shelf life. Each pack comes with a use-by date on the label, usually around 6 weeks from the baking date. For best results, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Treats can also be kept in the refrigerator or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months for longer freshness—just thaw before serving to your pup.
